Ring Bearer Savings: The Ring Bearer must be accompanied by the groom's tuxedo rental and five fully paid rentals in the wedding party. Ring bearer savings prices are available only in sizes 2-16, and they must include a coat, pant, and any one other item (shirt, tie, vest) to qualify. Qualifying wedding parties may include multiple ring bearer tuxedos or suits at the special price.

We will deliver or ship your order to 5-14 days prior to your event. You can check with our store for a more definite answer on when we generally expect tuxedo shipments during the week/season.

We understand that not all body types and comfort levels are the same. It's super important that you try on your ensemble as soon as it arrives and reach out with any adjustment requests ASAP to guarantee prompt replacement delivery. Notification of replacement requests too close to the event date are at risk of not being fulfilled or delivered in time.

Each partnering retailers is independently owned and operated, so you'll need to return your ensemble to ctuxes only. If you were fitted at a partnering location you still must return your ensemble to ctuxes.

Secure Your Order: Make sure you secure your ensemble(s) by making your first payment(s) 60 days prior to your event and your 2nd payment(s) 30days prior to your events and provide your shipping address for your ensemble(s). 4. Try it on. Enjoy. Return.: Try on your ensemble as soon as it arrives in-store or at your home. Don't stress; if anything doesn't fit, we'll make any necessary adjustments for you before the event. The easy part: Look terrific in your tuxedo or suit and enjoy your event! Return your tuxedo the next business day.

If your our wedding will be held local to you but a couple of your groomsmen live in other states and are unable to travel to our store to be measured. How do they get measured for their tuxedo if they are arriving the day before the wedding? Not to worry, we partner with over 5,000 stores across the U.S.. You can solve this problem by sending us their zip code and we'll provide them with two of the closest locations to them to schedule an appointment for a fitting. They can also download the Out-of-Town Groomsmen Measurement Form and use this form as a tool to collect all of the needed tux measurements for those who are too far from our store. Their ensembles will also be shipped to them with plenty of time to make any necessary adjustments prior to the event if needed.

It may seem really simple to measure yourself for a tuxedo, but it's important to remember that it's next to impossible to acquire accurate measurements. An inaccurate measurement that may be off by only an inch may get you a tuxedo coat that's one or two sizes too big or small.
